    • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
  • Exchanges: We gladly exchange for a different size, color, or product. Price differences will be adjusted.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

  2. Receive Your RA Number & Instructions: We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed packaging/shipping instructions. Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.
  3. Pack the Item Securely: Repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. For larger items like Patio Furniture or Cabinet Storage, ensure all components are securely fastened.
  4. Ship the Package: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable and insured service. The address will be provided with your RA instructions.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected, we will promptly process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email confirmation.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your refund will be processed with the security and care we apply to all transactions.

  • Opened or Used Outdoor Gear: Items such as Backpacks, Camping Gear, and Beach Chairs & Gear that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition.
  • Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Products damaged after delivery due to improper assembly, care, or accidents.
Important Note on Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item (e.g., a flawed Cabinet Storage unit or a broken Patio Furniture frame), contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost to you, including covering return shipping.
