• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

• Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Exchanges: We gladly exchange items for a different size, color, or product. Price differences may apply.
• Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, please follow these steps:

1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. Please include your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
2. Receive Your RA Number & Instructions: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping. Returns without an RA number cannot be accepted.
3. Pack the Item Securely: Please repack the item in its original packaging, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. For larger items like Aluminum Patio Furniture or Bakers’ Racks, ensure all components are securely fastened within the box.
4. Ship the Package: Send the package to our returns center using a trackable shipping service. We recommend insuring the package for its full value. Our returns address will be provided with your RA instructions.
5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our team will inspect the item. Upon approval, your refund or exchange will be processed promptly.

Refunds: Timing & Method

Your refund will be processed with the same security we apply to all transactions.

• Timing: Refunds are issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days after we receive the return and confirm its condition.
• Process: You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your financial institution’s policies.
• Exchanges: For exchanges, once we receive your return, we will ship the new item. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly. Exchange shipping is free if the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health, safety, and integrity of certain products, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Cat Litter & Supplies: For obvious health and sanitary reasons, all opened or used cat litter and related supplies are non-returnable.
• Personal & Hygienic Cat Items: Used or opened cat beds, carriers, crates, and mobility aids.
• Custom or Special Order Items: Any product specifically ordered or customized for you.
• Opened or Used Outdoor Gear: Items such as Backpacks, Camping Gear, and Beach Chairs & Gear that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition.
• Damaged Items Due to Customer Mishandling: Products damaged after delivery due to improper assembly, care, or accidents.
